Inc. Partner To Develop OPC Server Devices!

Kepware Technologies, a leading worldwide supplier of OPC server
technology, announces today the partnership with Online Development
Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of automation, control,
data acquisition and communication hardware, to develop OPC
enabled devices for the Rockwell Automation ControlLogix backplane.
Utilizing Kepware's OPC technology for DA, DX, and XML on Online's
Rockwell Automation ControlLogix modules, data will be openly
available to any OPC client application.
Utilizing DA, DX, and XML OPC technology, information will
be easily communicated directly to most automation applications
and devices via TCP/IP directly from Online's SAM (Special
Application Module) products. These SAM products compliment
Rockwell Automation ControlLogix systems by providing additional
functionality and now additional data access via OPC connectivity
- therefore, making the data openly available to other applications.
